Condi Specter is a very strong build in Silent Surf and Sunqua Peak especially as a Alacrity provider. Outside of these fractals it falls massively behind other builds and is not recommended to be played. If you are gearing Condi Alacrity Specter, we recommend gearing Power Renegade to play on the other CM encounters and T4s.
The Condi Specter is a high DPS condition build with great CC and some party support.
The value of this build comes from the pure damage that it will bring and the massive amount of CC offered by . Venom Skills can be precast on the Mistlock Singularity, and cast again as soon as your allies have consumed them by attacking the target, this is required for this build to perform well.
Depending on the group and composition you may need to replace the Geomancy Dagger with a Pistol for Dark Ai (optionally with ) to help CC the sorrows. If you do this, make sure to adapt your rotation for Sigil procs and (note that weaponswap sigils will also proc from going in/out of shroud).
If healing isn't an issue, this is the perfect build to use over !

Alacrity Specter
This build can maintain Alacrity solo. The minimum Boon Duration required is 34%, but might make it hard to maintain alacrity uptime depending on how long you spend in , which is why the general build suggests 40% uptime You might need to adjust your gear using the gear optimizer with your Agony Resistance and desired Boon Duration.
Alacrity is applied to allies around your Tethered Ally via your Shroud Skills.

Rotation / Skill usage
Rotation
There is no set rotation for Condi Specter, your rotation comes from skill priority. Your main aim when playing Condi Specter is to never have full Initiative, cast utility skills of cooldown and proc , and as often as possible.
You should be casting your (ensuring to hit your allies with it), , and / off cooldown (unless a phase is about to end).
On Scepter/Dagger you want to use:

- to regain Initiative to cast (Scepter 3).
In you standard rotation should be:

Precasting
All Damaging Venom Skills should be casted on the Mistlock Singularity: , and . On stationary bosses which can be manually activated, instead of precasting , you can instead go to the spawn location and precast . All you have to do then is to activate the Preparation when the boss becomes vulnerable, and cast it again as it will be off cooldown.
- On Sunqua Peak, make sure to precast venoms on your minions and if possible any other minions you or your allies can summon up to the Venom target cap, as every boon and special ability effect currently on you will be stripped upon starting the encounter. You should also do this on Silent Surf, so you can then precast a second set of venoms on your allies as the fight starts.
- Spam for Might blasts in Fire Fields on the Mistlock Singularity or before T4 bosses.
